Billionaires Travel provides independent travel assistance for flight bookings, car rentals and hotel bookings across the USA and Canada. We are not the operator of any flight, rental vehicle or hotel property; those services are provided by the respective airline, car rental company, or hotel under their own terms of carriage, rental agreement, or hotel policy, which govern the actual travel and stay.
Fare and rate quotes provided by phone or through this website are estimates based on availability at the time of quoting and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid for. Any service fee charged by us will be disclosed prior to payment.
Payment details are collected securely for the purpose of completing your booking. You authorize us to charge the agreed amount, including the ticket, rental, or fare cost and any disclosed service fee, once you confirm a booking.
Changes or cancellations to a confirmed booking are subject to the fare rules, rental agreement, or fare conditions set by the relevant supplier, as well as our own Cancellation & Refund Policy — including our guarantee to refund 100% of our service fee within 7–14 business days if you do not receive the booked service or are not satisfied with our service. Additional fees charged by the supplier itself may still apply.
Billionaires Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, vehicle or room availability, or service disruptions caused by an airline, car rental company, hotel, or any other third party. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the service fee paid to us directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without limiting any consumer protection rights you may have under applicable U.S. law where relevant.
